in the forum post you linked me earlier, this was a starting pic. you got heavier throughout the course of the thread by eating 3500-4000 calories a day. now you're saying you achieved your current condition eating 3700 calories?

how did you get from your condition in this pic, to your condition now?
i want to know because i am maybe a little leaner than you in this "before" picture, but never knew how to reach your "after" picture levels.
