Ian King has been around for quite a while, I believe he's a Ozzie. Pretty much like any other strength coach I've met or read, they all seem to have their own special slant on training but for the most part follow the general thread on low/high reps & weight, pattern of reps, 4.2.4 etc, speed/qiuckness work, etc. If you want to read some of his articles than to to T-nation.com.
