this

i know a couple of pros that would laugh in your face if you asked them what supplements they use

one of my mates gives all the free ones away he gets off his sponsor
exactly .. I was trained by a former top 10 pro and interacted with numerous others at the time .. I don't think we ever even discussed supplements. It was a given they are worthless.

Their food habits varied: Ron ate pretty clean year round, pretty often and in smaller portions to keep a tight waist. The magic came from drugs. The diet was on point no wonder he was competing in numerous shows every year and was always in shape.

Some pros do use shakes and other supps like aminos,
but not necessarily the ones made by their sponsors. :D
BCAA's for example are pretty popular.

Whey isolate AKA EASY protein isn't used by pros? Yea ok...

They drink gallons of that shit daily. Mix meats with whey every day. It would be stupid not to use it
I think it is useless

One cannot put a price on how it feels to be the CENTER of attention in every room you enter.   Looking like superman.  every girl in the room wants you to throw her around.  Every man in the room puffs up and still sucks up to you.

What planet is that ? Krypton ?

A real life nightmare would be caught talking to a bodybuilder on the street while som old school rival walks by with his bunch of hip cool friends. Just giving you a sheepish smile...

I've known plenty of pros myself and it was nothing like what's described here.
did you follow them around 24/7 in the privacy of their homes?

I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. However, you lost me right off the bat with all the whey isolate, creatine and scoops .. I do not believe that pro is such an idiot to crowd his stomach with something that does not work. I will call bullshit on this one

Creatine does at least work for most people.
