that and I busted up my right ankle

so when I heal up, I will head to the gym with him and film him doing it for you all

I did 225 x 20 at a massive 185. I have no doubt that a tubby, 280 lb steroid aided guy who lifts all the time can do 50.

Will it mean anything? Of course not.

He ignored me pointing out his language made it sound as if he half reps it for at least some of that so I'll just reiterate: if he does a single half rep, the other 49 will be null and void

I have no opinion on whether he can - all I know is he made it sound as if he was doing half reps for some of it.

I have. He told me he went to the Doctor and got full blood panels. Says he is ok. All we can do is take his word. He is my friend. I want him to live until he is 100. I want all of my friends to.
