Honestly, if I was to do my first cycle all over again and start from scratch, I would do the following.
week1-16
test e 500mg weekly
150mg NPP eod
week1 and 2
100mg Test prop EOD
if you can't get NPP, deca at 400-500 weekly will be fine. NPP is better choice IMO though, less water retention kicks in faster. plus more frequent pinning actually makes me feel like im doing something. Test prop is used like a kickstart, since i dislike orals. if i was to coach a newbie to AAS, this is what id have them do. pretty safe cycle side effects wise, great gains in size and strength and you'll stay lean if diet is in check. plus you'll be a dab hand at pinning by the time you're done. youll know whether or not bodybuilding is for you as well haha.
have an AI on hand, aromasin my favorite. 12.5mg eod if needed. the above is simply hindsight from someone who's tried a good few compounds and figured out which one he likes best. after 16 weeks id cruise at 250 test for 6 weeks, and then go back on 500 test but instead of NPP go with 100 tren eod.
