the past 3 days i've really been trying to continue on with the force feeding, but it's really becoming a goddamn chore so now i'll clean up the diet a bit while going for a body recomp ie. going from 9% to 6% while maintaining my current bodyweight, or even adding a few more pounds

i'll hit the db inclines once again today and i'll blast out the 85ers Cool

New: Has Ace made solid Muscle gains in his specified time frame or mostly fat? I have seen recent pics here is my take.

Arms - Increased, Chest - same lost cuts. Back - same, Delts -same, Legs - none.

Summary - Arms increased due to a bit of both fat and muscle, the rest most of the size from fat ie, bulking dont work for him.
