current meal plan for my new year evening prep (about 750grams rice, in uncooked weight, and 600gram chicken filet and 400 steak in uncooked weight)
in addition one shake with 100g oats and 30g isolate
and oneshake with 50g dextrose and 30 g isolate
this is my time out diet but i fell off the wagon a bit after that thai whore gave me sickness i couldnt eat much but tried to do it still pretty good
gonna get real big and freaky
