The other sad revelation here is that Candizzle is wasting away- meaning all that "work" (not really sure there was much of any) on his physique is withering down to standard skinny fat proportions and pretty soon it will appear that he has never lifted any weights whatsoever.  All this on HRT dosages mind you. (supposedly from a Doctor).  What a waste of time.  Probably should have just stuck to eating Honey Buns and riding that Moped with the off road tires instead.

hey dude- all is good! i went offline completely-no boards, not even to read/creep- found i was becoming too negative haha first thing i log into to tbombz manifesting his own destiny of choking on some guys wang. jesus.

anyway training/ dieting great- got in pretty rough shape this winter as i had umbilical hernia repair over xmas so all the good eating and not training got me fat in a hurry.

made a lot of discoveries in the past while- chiefly being you dont need a ton of gear to maintain size once you have it (50mg prop 3x a week, 20mg anavar a day its HRT for the mighty no one and i feel spectacular) and taking my eating to another level. no counting protein, no counting cals. 24 to 36 hour fasts followed by eating whatever i want till im stuffed and repeat. real cave man shit and it works. i'll write out the details one night.

Sucks about having to take time off for that injury, but sounds like it all went well.  Was it driving you crazy being forced to take a break?

The only thing I am doing different is that I greatly increased my volume and am training 5-7 days and its working well as I am holding strong in the 180s and I have never been this lean at this weight before.  I didn`t really expect this to happen and figured I`d drop weight, but I have actually gained.  I am consistently eating 2600 calories and see no need to cut them further.

Oh, the other "revelation" is low bar squat.  I had NEVER done them before as I used to do strictly Olympic Style Ass to Ground Squats since day one.  I switched to Low Bar just recently, and my poundages shot up greatly.  The pressure was totally taken off my lungs and torso and can really focus on just lifting with my legs.   The other day I messed around with Olympic Squats and found that my poundages went up as a result from the LowBar style.

Low Bar is superior for me and I get the benefit of helping along Olympic style as well.
