That you? Looks brutal. Thought bruising of that magnitude usually indicates a tear as opposed to a pull.

Yeah me.probably a tear but I didn't feel a "pop" like has happened to me before...it took two days before it bruised.
the pic is actually not as bad as it got...all the way down my leg and my calf turned black and blue.

Lol,putting socks,tying my shoesor getting out of my jeep was tough for close to two weeks.it's getting better now.

I was running and as I was slowing down my leg slipped in some loose sand or dirt and that was it.

Looks like a grade one mucle tear that i had when i was playing football (soccer) some years ago.

Technically, he was right, although that's hardly an appropriate or complete enough prognosis to tell the patient. You also know how I feel about general docs lately - especially after my last week of adventures.

Wish I could argue but I cant Sad

weak as shit and cant do anything about it.I've pulled my right hamstring twice and now my left.

...I try like hell to increase the weights when doing hammys but it just doesn't happen.
