i basically train each muscle every 3-5 days, but now i'm gonna back off on legs and torso and attempt to add bout 3 kilo (6-7 pounds) to my delts and arms
i'll post up some more update pics in bout 3 and a half weeks
yep i take superdrol but i was taking more before last summer and i didn't get the results i got now
so what changed? diet changed
i went from a god awful diet to an ok diet nowadays (just ask galeniko and boraccho lol, and i gotta give them dudes props and credit for helping me to finally realize the importance of diet) my diet now includes chicken breasts, rice, eggs, and ice cream, but i keep my cals within the appropriate range
