i was on 20 mg on training days (taken 90-120 min before workout) 4-5 days a week and 10 mg on off daysnow i'm down to 10 mg edno sides now, but when i started way back in march 2012 i had shin splints and brutal lethargy from march til septi was up to 30 mg a day back in july and didn't get anything out of it probably because my diet sucked ass
Yes even I have given him his props. He did good.I wouldnt go to 2600 cals with him. If he was having problems getting lean it's probably too many calories.I eat 2600 cals a day and I'm 235. Good rule of thumb for cals is bodyweight times ten, and add a few hundred to put on muscle. So 1900 for him sounds about right because he's a twink

I eat 2600 and am around 181-185.
thanks ma man i basically train each muscle every 3-5 days, but now i'm gonna back off on legs and torso and attempt to add bout 3 kilo (6-7 pounds) to my delts and armsi'll post up some more update pics in bout 3 and a half weeksyep i take superdrol but i was taking more before last summer and i didn't get the results i got nowso what changed? diet changedi went from a god awful diet to an ok diet nowadays (just ask galeniko and boraccho lol, and i gotta give them dudes props and credit for helping me to finally realize the importance of diet) my diet now includes chicken breasts, rice, eggs, and ice cream, but i keep my cals within the appropriate rangeoui monsieur

can you put up the "before" back double bi?the one with a bit more light, and not the "dark shadows" one and those back double bi shots are 3 weeks apartnope, i still train til failure (1 or 2 failure sets for one exercise per bodypart) with the focus on increasing training loads, but i train the muscles more often than Mike recomended, coz i'm OCD and i can't fucking handle not training lolin fact, it's fucking killing me to train just every other day, and i ain't sure how much longer i'll be able to make it

yes, could very well be.whats more impressive,he wouldnt even need any diuretics.ok, hes not the biggest guy, but he done something very few ever can hold through, the diet to get there is no fun
