how much superdrol are you on

i was on 20 mg on training days (taken 90-120 min before workout) 4-5 days a week and 10 mg on off days

now i'm down to 10 mg ed

no sides now, but when i started way back in march 2012 i had shin splints and brutal lethargy from march til sept

i was up to 30 mg a day back in july and didn't get anything out of it ??? probably because my diet sucked ass

Yes even I have given him his props. He did good.

I wouldnt go to 2600 cals with him. If he was having problems getting lean it's probably too many calories.

I eat 2600 cals  a day and I'm 235. Good rule of thumb for cals is bodyweight times ten, and add a few hundred to put on muscle. So 1900 for him sounds about right because he's a twink   ;D
I eat 2600 and am around 181-185.   8)

i basically train each muscle every 3-5 days, but now i'm gonna back off on legs and torso and attempt to add bout 3 kilo (6-7 pounds) to my delts and arms

i'll post up some more update pics in bout 3 and a half weeks

yep i take superdrol but i was taking more before last summer and i didn't get the results i got now

so what changed? diet changed

i went from a god awful diet to an ok diet nowadays (just ask galeniko and boraccho lol, and i gotta give them dudes props and credit for helping me to finally realize the importance of diet) my diet now includes chicken breasts, rice, eggs, and ice cream, but i keep my cals within the appropriate range

oui monsieur ;D

nope, i still train til failure (1 or 2 failure sets for one exercise per bodypart) with the focus on increasing training loads, but i train the muscles more often than Mike recomended, coz i'm OCD and i can't fucking handle not training lol

in fact, it's fucking killing me to train just every other day, and i ain't sure how much longer i'll be able to make it ;D

so in other words youre not using that Menzter crap any more. Training to failure is ok but doing just one set per bodypart per fucking week is not. Its no surprise your physique started surting again as soon as you left that baloonie.

What was your previous diet that sucked compared to your current?  Didn`t you go ultra low calories at one point?

What was your previous diet that sucked compared to your current?  Didn`t you go ultra low calories at one point?

yep, i was on 800 cals at one point

but recently my diet was just junk food WITHOUT COUNTING CALORIES (you gotta count the cals, and there ain't no way around it) and i maybe got 1 gram of protein per kilo of bodyweight, now i get about 1.6 grams of protien per kilo, which is about .7 grams per pound of bodweight

what i found is i can't eat sugary stuff, coz it makes me hungry as fuck

but ice cream is ok for me, coz it has fat in it as well

you gotta learn to handle suffering and control your appetite if you wanna get ripped

my Jackson-Pollack stats/measures are:

chest=2 mm
ab=4 mm
thigh=3 mm

i was thinking about trying to get my ab skinfold down to 2 mm

ok, hes not the biggest guy, but he done something very few ever can hold through, the diet to get there is no fun :D
He is not big but still big enough for people to be impressed at the gym, he is at least 3 times bigger then Marine, that's for dam sure.
