what you're neglecting is that there are ZERO threads on the G&O called "crossfit is the best and you suck for not doing it". it's all hating, and then people like me saying "if you think it doesn't do anything, TRY it!" we're not coming at you and saying "i do crossfit, i'm better than you!" we're responding to YOUR accusations that the exercises are bullshit or that the program is dumb.
it's not a kid with a hula hoop going "i can do this and you can't," it's you walking up to a kid doing a hula hoop and saying "that's not hard" then refusing to prove just how "easy" it is when you get called on it. it's people who post CF videos and then make stupid-ass comments that i'm saying this to. if you think kipping pullups are cheating and they're easy, try it! YOU made the claim, try it out and see for yourself!
go to the beginning of this thread. it's a bunch of posts mocking a kipping pullup video followed by defense of it. it's not me or krank posting the video and saying "BET YOU CAN'T!"
and it's ALWAYS the fucking pullups. nevermind that CF workouts are jam-packed with ATG squats, olympic lifts, deadlifts, overhead pressing, dips, handstand pushups and sprints, no. it's aaaaaalways the pullups everyone loses their shit over.
