never done creatine while "on"

so i'm curious if there's a synergistic effect for it while on, and is it worth it and/or a good idea to take it while on cycle?

wondering this myself as I received a kg of it last night for free.

also for free I received a kg of glutamine, a tub of no-xplode, a few servings worth of cellucor c4, 2 tubs of whey, a tin of animal pak vitamins.

guy told me he didn't wanna work out anymore

No, just eat your protein like usual and you'll be fine. 

Single amino acid supplementation is quite useless, as you need a complete amino acid profile to provide your body with the necessary building blocks.

Psychopath is dead on. Being on gear will tremendously increase your own body's creatine turnover. But supplementing will help even more as well.

i never did this personally, seemed like if i'm stressing my kidneys already, why take something that degrades into creatinine, especially since i didn't get much out of it while i was natty.

but you guys seem to think it's synergistic? idunno, might try it. can't stand the way it fucks with my stomach though so maybe not.

i never did this personally, seemed like if i'm stressing my kidneys already, why take something that degrades into creatinine, especially since i didn't get much out of it while i was natty.

but you guys seem to think it's synergistic? idunno, might try it. can't stand the way it fucks with my stomach though so maybe not.

I never experienced any sides, other than nasty pumps. Have you tried kre-alkalyn?

tried a bunch, micronized monohydrate seemed to work the best for me. got great pumps for a while but the effect wanes in a few weeks it seems. some people say to cycle it, and there's entire websites dedicated to proper dosing protocols of it (timing, warming the mix, etc). in the end i got lazy and stopped taking it...

Holy shit that is complicated! Some guys just don't respond well. I take 1 tab of kre-alkalyn pre workout everyday and I'm G2G. Even though I don't believe in cycling off of something your body is turning over constantly, whether you like it or not, I still give it a rest maybe a week every 3-4 months. I do this for everything though, food, training, vitamins, etc.

i just jumped up to 30 mg of superdrol and the difference btw 10-20 mg to 30 mg is like night and day Shocked

i'll probably stay on 30 mg for 3 weeks

oh shit sorry lol, i confused you with someone else. but yeah fair enough. just in my experience it's a bit over-exaggerated, especially if you're already lean. kinda like what they say about liver toxicity of orals, for the most part it isn't a massive problem.

I would do a basic test cycle. I prefer Test P, but if you loathe injecting, then Test C/E would suffice.

Test P 200mg M W F - 0.5mg Adex/day or 12.5mg Aromasin/day

or

Test E/C 250mg M T - 0.5mg Adex/day or 12.5mg Aromasin/day


If you find yourself getting too watery, and nipples getting a bit sensitive, then i would up the AI dose.

someone else recommended that i get creatine that also has taurine and leucine included, so i'll see if i can find a creatine monohydrate complex with those 2 compounds included in the mix as well

Totally unnecessary IMO.

Stick with good ole monohhdrate. It's the industry standard. Taurine and leucine are a strange combo to add?
