On the pause, I'm ok with the shortness. Running down every #700 bench I remember, I've never seen more than a light pause. Someone on another board mentioned that they wondered if the use of bench shirts has made people expect a longer pause, because the loading/set up of a shirt makes for a longer pause at the bottom. I thought it was an interesting thought.
Love Siamand Rahman's lifting, would love to see him hold the title for a bit. The fact that those lifts have no leg drive is amazing. Hope he does some more meets soon.
