Front Squats are great, but they hurt my knees, so I don't do them all the time. I switch them up with box squats. I also do old-school barbell hack squats one week and switch those with leg press the next. I think I get the most out of the front squats and barbell hacks. It all comes down to what works best for you.
I used to squat once a week, now I squat every workout. >200kg ATG olympic squat, here I come.
pointless unles you're doing that for high reps
High rep squats are straight from hell, but they'll build your legs into tree trunks.
