key to getting big traps is to work them everyday if you dont have any, or eod if you do, and different trap movements, many work traps but dont realize to hit the full trap you must use a wide grip, a narrow grip, and a close grip to work the full area and for isolation on the area of the trap, also dumbells, simultaneously, then one arm at a time for reps, then back to both arms at once, a continual pounding of the muscle.
