I think he said in his recent interview he was 245 in '74. Then only went up to 220-230 tops for Pumping Iron.

Then the went down to 210 for a movie and up to around 220 again to win the 1980. He never got as big as in '74 again.

But I'm not good with weights, correct me if I am off here?

Lol, and there's still people that say he looked like shit and it was a blatant robbery... Arnold looked great, not at his best and most massive but still far above the competition, he was the winner fair and square, for sure not the 5'7 blocky Mentzer with a distended midsection...

Bodybuilders of that era would simply go to the doctor who gave them their steroids and picked up some amphetamines or got some ephedrine at the store....that's pretty much it.

all guys on the stage had full heads of hair except for the odd genetically doomed baldie (boyer coe)

nowadays most of the guys on stage are bald.

wonder if different juicing protocals are the cause.

I once read that bald folks are further along on the evolutionary chain. Since I am bald, this theory was good for me.

a report i read a couple of years back said new evidence was found that a certain protein and too much of it is the cause of baldness...

I remember watching Twins and thinking he looked pretty jacked. Also, the first Terminator he looked as if he just stepped off the stage.
