course he would, Haney would have been the only threat, provided he stayed injury free. Imo apart from having more detailed hams, peak arnold trumps him anyway and with time arnold would have been able to bring out those details.
Personally Arnold and Haney are the pinnacle of the Mr O, after them we got missing biceps, guts, bloat, bloof etc etc

x2 and if Arnold continued to improve, say come in at 255-60 in the same condition, which I think he could have done, he would have beaten Haney as well. He literally could have held the title for 15 years or more if it mattered to him. He was only 34 in 1980 and could have gone on well into his early forties like Zane, Dickerson and Dex did.

Arnold was 252 or 254 at the 71 O, he thinks that was his best shape but pics an video show he was equally as big, thick and developed in 74 but better calves and quads, waist was fine as always.
Shame the footage from 71 and 74 isn't better.

Best case senario was 5cc, so maybe a gram at most.

The dbol was 5mg, right? So maybe 100-150 mg dbol daily.

That's not much compared to today's standards

Have you watched the footage on youtube? He looks like a cartoon character, width, thickness and development is outstanding, imagine it in pumping iron quality. Funny really how people generally think 75 is his best simply coz of that film giving the contest the most exposure

I got to use real Dianabol once for my first show prescribed by my Dr. I took 2 daily the last 7 weeks from my show basically eating nothing. I gained 7 pounds! I can't even imagine what 20 a day would have done in the off season.

There's a reason Arnold is Numero Uno. I think 74 was his best year but from 71 through 74 he was at his best. In 75 he was still the best and when he returned in 80 he was still the best. I have him first and Mentzer or Zane in second with the other being in third. Dickerson doesn't even belong on that stage, let alone in second.

He could have held the title for a ridiculously long time but there was another career to be launched and more money to be made. Arnold is smarter than anyone that's followed him.

Today's bodybuilders lack the work ethic and self pride to do what the Oak has done.

Exactly. He was already the best by a long way at that point someone like him would be a bit over it and looking for new things to conquer.
