there are a lot of people who can build olympia stage size with enough drugs

but they can never make it to that level of bodybuilding because of factors that have nothing to do with size (drugs)

skeletal structure, muscle shapes, head size, grainy skin

well and dedication.thats a genetic factor too imo.

and hell, many cant even achieve the size, not even with all drugs possible,i certainly coulndt.

Almost everyone can grow to pro size with the right amount of chemicals... Genetic can make a difference at the top, structure, muscle bellies, proportions, symmetry, rock hard look of the skin, height, and probably the most important, how you react to drugs and how much your body can handle... Just my opinion...
