you have to eat a diet where you can easily consume upwards of 2 gallons a day
yes all meat diets can achieve this easily. thats how i used to get ripped. low carbs, meat lots of water carb up every few days to rekindle metabolism
going vegetarian works a tad different since digestion rates are much faster no meat rotting in the body for 2 days
start the morning with 30 grams of carbs from fruit or chocolate pudding any carb, (you can have some fat no big deal) now you dont over do the carbs, too much carbs your bloodsugars too high and you wont drink enough water , too low of carbs you wont have an immense thirst for water. ( THE KEY IS TO GET IN AS MUCH WATER AS POSSIBLE). so a low amount of carbs gives you that spike of energy then you can easilly guzzle lots of water about a gallon in the morning
as your doing shit getting ready for work drinking lots of water, it will take you a while to reach near a gallon, do some exercise, if your like me you dont have energy yet to exercise because you hardly havent ate anything, now have either a small bite of one of those gronala bars or a small 1/2 cups of cooked beans and rice. as soon as you eat this i feel like i have enough energy for a workout ALSO GUZZLE more water, this next small dosage of carbs will peak your thirst even more!! you start feeling very good and hydrated. do a mini workout all u can handle without doing any more food JUST ONLY DRINKING WATER. so maybe yuou only get 1 or 2 sets of pushups and squats then you head on to work
at work during the day snack on some raw potatoes 2-3 of them when you need something in you. now at the point when the potatoes stop working and you need something different have some cheese..now run off that as long as you can at work, have a little more and keep going
drink as much water as your thirst can handle during the day
now when you get home have a big bowl of beans and rice and texas pete and sourcream
and for the rest of the day im still experimenting with what to eat after work but so far ive done alot more than usual off alot less calories and was able to drink lots of water like i did when i was ripped
