you dont do legs first day of the week, because it leaves you to train upper body rest of week with no split and rest for upper body, I train legs on wednesday and thursday, quads on wednesday, and hamstrings on thursday, much more growth and you dont have to hit both muscles same day, actually when your nearly 40 years older this works much better.
