Im a beast, 3338675309, im glad you mentioned it, do you know how hard it is to hold up that bodyweight and doing the pullups, the shit hurts like a muthafucker..........but i get it done..........thats what its about, oh and for the record i was at coaches, touched my chest and did full lockouts, many of you have no clue about range of motion at 280 lbs, the range of motion needed to work the muscle is way shorter, due to muscle mass and size, compared to all you twinks like galeniko have no real muscle and use a full range of motion because theres no muscle to impede the range of motion................wh at many of you never even understand.
