That's not a pull up. If anything, it's closer technically to a pull down (the bar is doing most of the exercise).

You can see from the motion that someone is underneath him, holding his shins pushing up - pathetic. What's the point of training if you can't even lift your own bodyweight off the ground

I've switched to training like Cswol and now I'm shutting down everyone at the gym. All my exercises have increased in reps per set by 25.

Yes it's a great protocol, however I find it's hard to shield 50% of my body behind another piece of equipement for every set.
