I only have to avoid dips, bar bench press (i can do dumbbel press), behind the nech press and upright rows.
No problems with squats, deadlift, pull ups and bent rows only with overhand grip, arms exercises. No problems with heavy dumbbel presses if palms are slighly facing eachother.

after shoulder surgery you shouldn't be fucking about trying to throw weights over your shoulder for no apparent reason.

I got a cm of my collarbone shaved off to make room, and there's no RC, labrum or any other damage to my shoulder whatsoever.

If I'm not driving towards a goal, I lose interest, which leads to general fuckarounditis in the gym, which is boring.

I'm not just tossing around weight - it'll be a progression, and I will shut it down if I feel it's not working.

man i have to give it a couple more weeks, I can probly only get 35 or more touching chest and locking out, 50 is half rep for hugeness! Im gona do it just to legitimize my typing here for the getbiggers who sit all day typing on a keyboard talking shit with 14 inch arms......maybe they can strap 120 lbs to them, and do pullups on video, see how many they get. I posted up my video like i said, even had no shame since i only pulled 19, could have waited till next week for 25 but i was satisfied with that video, so i man up and posted, although i didnt get to 25 due to fatigue from training all week.

1) I would love to bet you that you cant do 35 like that

2) You keep talking like a dumbass with the "strap another 120lbs" on them.  If I weigh 205lbs and am NOT on anything...and you are 275lbs and are a moderate dose of shit...who do you think is going to have more muscle is going to be stronger?  

3) You talk about how you train so hardcore and are so balls out...training 6 days a week, yet you cry like a little bitch about how burnt out you are when confronted with challenges or how your chest was beat up and couldn't do the right reps.  Here's a novel concept...learn to train smarter.
