im not big on benching or having a favorite lift............thats the problem with many people, they dont look at everyday in the gym as equally enjoyable, so if you dont love doing every lift how can you begin to be a complete iron pumper, its the love of the iron, not love of doing just a good bench, or curls, or deads, its the whole spectrum, so thats how i look at it, if your goin in the gym and focus on one bodypart or just enjoy doing a few lifts and half ass all the others, thats not pumping iron, its doing some exercises.
