ABC News reporting Hernandez "destroyed his home security system" and smashed a phone.

The investigator, and other law enforcement sources, confirmed that the security system - which included video surveillance - was smashed intentionally.

And a cell phone used by Hernandez was handed over to investigators "in pieces'' by his attorneys, the sources said.

Police also want to know why a team of house cleaners were hired on Monday to scrub Hernandez's mansion, sources told ABC News.

Later, only 3 were seen driving around.

However... IF all 3 of them lawyer up, and nobody cracks, who do they charge? Dead body with bullet in head, nobody testifying against anyone, zero forensic evidence, etc? He can just say nothing and beat this?

still have to have the concrete evidence. can't convict on circumstantial evidence, you'd beat it in appeal. that's why ppl beating murder raps all the time. you gotta have definitive proof. it usually comes from a rat.
