I believe he was talking about some kind of 'periodization' of protein consumption during a seminar.
Kai came with less mass to the 'O, but he was at his all time best.
I've never heard him mention "periodization of protein." My current training partner hired Farrah 6 months ago so I know his whole system inside and out.
What he likes to do post cycle is have his guys come off EVERYTHING, even regular food and vitamins, and only eat greens. This is the only periodization he uses in regards to nutrition.
He nearly cut my buddies protein in half, and he is growing better than ever on roughly the same drugs. Farrah opposes high protein consumption, (500g, etc) for good reason.
In fact, he only has Kai eating 9-10 oz of meat per meal, MAX.
