well obviously these sorts of things only worsen over time, so it might become a matter of basic survival at some point to move.

 BTW cheap surveillance cameras are very affordable nowadays, you simply link them to your computer/networks with single PoE rj45 cable and you can even put a micro SD card in them to save the data recorded when it detects movement. You can also add dummy cameras in strategical spots. If you dont know these guys and they dont live close to your house then it can be a definitive deterent. Now if they re neighboors who dont give a fuck about the law anymore...go back to my previous paragraph.
