Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. Your average person works a 9-5 desk job and only does about 1-2 hours of physical activities 4 times a week, so we can’t burn off all that crap we take in just to prove that a calorie is a calorie BS. Some of us have normal lives, so we need to stick carefully with what our bodies take in, and not just anything we want.
Actually, you're wrong on every level. First of all, you do not understand concept of calorie. Calorie is an energy unit. Yes, Adonis does a lot of labor work, so he needs a lot of energy (=CALORIES). It would not matter if that intake was from rice or ice cream. If he is within his caloric intake it won't make a difference.
First, you say calorie is not a calorie, then you say Adonis can get away with his diet because he burns alot of calories. See, you got it all fucking confused. You confused two concepts:
- Adonis can get away with huge caloric intake because of his daily activities.
- Adonis can get away with shit diet because... so now, what does activity has to do with that?
There is a lot of research supporting the idea that if you stick within your macros it does not matter what you it. Read it up.
