I wouldn’t follow Adonis principles too seriously, he is very DECEPTIVE.  Like how he stated that he can eat icecream, pizza, and whatever he wants and still gets leaner because it fits into his macros (a calorie is a calorie BS).  But what he failed to tell anyone is that he does plenty of Landscape work outside, and that his work is very physical Manual labor, so outside the gym he is still doing lots of physical activities (around 80 hours a week).

You do realize a calorie is a unit of measure, right?

Another Variable to consider and factor in is "insulin Spike" that is caused by sugar, this alone discredits "a calorie is a calorie".  "protein is a protein" is also BS, try taking in 200g of SOY protein per day for 3 months compared to a guy taking just taking 200g of regular whey per day, you will notice yourself quite more puffy and soft, holding a lot of water around the face and body due to estrogen from taking that much soy daily.  QUALITY OVER QUANTITY

Only reason why TA can get away with this, is that he is VERY ACTIVE around the gym and outside the gym, that his body burns it off before it does some damage to his physique.  But for US norms, that have a 9-5 job just sitting around a desk, it doesn't suffice

I remember when i first started working out if i did not get my creatine and protein shake within half an hour after training i would freak out thinking that i am losing muscle and every 3 hours i had to eat something or i would lose muscle also, the mags and supplement companies sure that a good job of brain washing a young kid into spending his money on garbage and this happen to plenty of young lifters.

No, a calorie IS a calorie.  Just like 1lb is 1lb be it from feathers or lead.  One inch is one inch.  No one said "protein is a protein", but the L-leucine you get from soy is no different from the l-leucine you get from whey.  Are you the type that says "muscle weighs more than fat"?

Again, my question stands....do you realize that a "calorie" is a unit of measure? Do you know what the definition of a "calorie" is?

So your relation with “lb is a lb, 1lb feather is the same as 1lb lead”, you are saying a 275lb fat guy is the same as a 275lb shredded Ronnie Coleman, both are 275lb.  Quality Over Quantity!!  The Human body is not that simple as you think, HORMONE LEVELS play a BIG FACTOR in what you put into your body, wither it be FATS, CARBS, or Protein, at a certain RATIO.  Testosterone, Metabolism, thyroid, Estrogen LEVELS are ALL easily manipulated, when eating a certain amount and the quality of the amount of food.  You are, what you eat.

Another Example to discredit this, is that I can't just eat one meal for the whole week, One big meal containing 100000 calories and expect to be fine for the whole week of not eating.  Your body can't handle that much overload in one sitting,  hence eating 3-6 meals spread out through the day, metabolism is a key factor, which is easily manipulated by a constant diet

Don't know why you guys would think otherwise, this has been done and proven for a long time, the only variable you guys do that fail to discuss when debating this matter is "workload, throughout the whole day".  Stop trying to "reinvent the wheel".  Real question you need to ask is
DO YOU EVEN LIFT BRO

Stop trying to reinvent the wheel.  Your average person works a 9-5 desk job and only does about 1-2 hours of physical activities 4 times a week, so we can’t burn off all that crap we take in just to prove that a calorie is a calorie BS.  Some of us have normal lives, so we need to stick carefully with what our bodies take in, and not just anything we want.

Actually, you're wrong on every level. First of all, you do not understand concept of calorie. Calorie is an energy unit. Yes, Adonis does a lot of labor work, so he needs a lot of energy (=CALORIES). It would not matter if that intake was from rice or ice cream. If he is within his caloric intake it won't make a difference.

First, you say calorie is not a calorie, then you say Adonis can get away with his diet because he burns alot of calories. See, you got it all fucking confused. You confused two concepts:

 - Adonis can get away with huge caloric intake because of his daily activities.
 - Adonis can get away with shit diet because... so now, what does activity has to do with that?

There is a lot of research supporting the idea that if you stick within your macros it does not matter what you it. Read it up.

you can get away with it as long as your burn it off, but if you don't then it all depends on what you ate.  Testosterone, Estrogen, Thyroid, metabolism all get manipulated depending on a diet, HORMONES and metabolism is a factor, again which is influence on a diet

If I ate ramen noodles all day for a year, I would feel sick, look sick, and my estrogen levels would be at an all time HIGH.  Here is an article of a girl who ate nothing but RAMEN noodles for 13 years and now has the health condition of an 80 year old

Why do you keep missing the point you dummy?
A calorie is a calorie because its a unit of energy.
You should be talking about the nutritional value of a calorie, that isn't the same.

A CERTAIN CALORIE HAS DIFFERENT NUTRITIONAL VALUE THAN ANOTHER CERTAIN CALORIE MORON,  1000 CALORIES WORTH OF FRUITS HAS DIFFERENT NUTRITION THAN 1000 CALORIES WORTH OF SKITTLES, HENCE DISCREDITING CALORIE IS A CALORIE, YOUR WELCOME
