100% lifetime natural, abosolutely no steroids or drugs not even caffeine.

I don't really lift weights I just stand in the middle of the gym and lie profusely and make some great steroid-like gains.

Three-four day split.  This fits my schedule and the schedule of my workout partner

Back/delts
Rest
Quads/calf/hams/biceps
Rest 1 or 2 days depending on how I feel
Chest/tri

Abs? Cswol told me not to work abs

i used to be natural since 12 yrs old to 25 yrs old

now in 3 months of a small amount of roids you see more gains than natural for a decade
