It's hard to disagree that training like that is good at times. Those boys are geared way the fuck up to deal with it though, which is fine by me. At least there isn't a bunch of "all-natural" crap in this vid.

The "overtraining" of the "immortals" consists of flat bench, inclines, cable crossoevers and pushups using pyramid sets, drop sets and "burn outs" to failure.  

In other words, a completely average workout for chest for the regular "gym rat".

That mike rashid guy is a hard trainer ... Watched a couple of his vids he really pushes himself
