Us humans... we are always looking for excuses. Accept the reality. It's not that complex if you decide to open your eyes. The human body was not designed to be that big and muscular with the extreme low levels of bodyfat.

If the intention was for everyone to be a freak, we all would be freaky.


It is no coincidence that these pros died in the 40 - 50 year old range. It is also not a coincidence that the Pros in their late 30's are already experiencing health problems.
