No, it means I think you knew what the hell you were doing the whole time and over the course of I don't know how long, we'll see some transformation when you probably already look like that. So do us a favor next time and hold a current newspaper with the date so we know.

getbig principles of bb i have applied

*if you are narrow dont train trapozoids directly, they already get enough work in pressing and over training them will make you king of narrowness


*do a lot of volume, lots of reps lots of sets


*fuck dead lifts


*try to do more delt raises since your delts are non existant


*wear head phones

but i said before several times that i am not stupid about lifting weight i am involved in barbell sport and weight training since 11-12 years ago now but "bodybuilding" still remains mysterious activity to me as vic richards said it's mysterious

but i always ask questions as if i am clueless to get the most information

this is a principle i learnt from martial art movie, dont wear your karate black belt to judo school they said or judo man will assume you know everything and not teach you all you need to know

Regarding your back, the inner part is pretty good, but you should focus on those lats, and regarding your delts, the overall thickness is good, but work on those lateral parts.
Your chest needs more overall thickness, but the inner part is good.
How about your legs?

for calves or thighs?

calves i use full stop at the bottom because the achiles tendon is storing a lot of elastic energy if you just go up and down

For both, like 15-25 reps.
Another important factor is food. I think you should consume more.
