You might want to read your post and ask yourself why that is.

Can you re-phrase that in English please?  Don't quite get what you're saying.

bro you update pic, your chest traps and shoulders disappeared, your arms came up tho.........looks like your training just aint up to par!  What you weighing in at, whats your current body weight?

whatever you say chubb rock  ::)

My physique speaks for itself. No need to defend it.

And, yes, you weigh more than I do.  Most obese people weigh more than me, I'm not getting your point.

Your favorite routine was to jump into heavy weight with no warmup, and now your joints are shot.  Just sayin.

The knock against 5 x 5 was that the volume just isn't enough, and that your done just when you're getting warmed up, etc.... One variation that went around years ago, was a tweak where you did the 5 x 5, then added 1 - 2 higher rep back off sets, 2 x 10 - 12. I always though that was the best way to run it.

I do a good 4 warm up sets before i start adding real weight. Most people think they are warmed up when they arent.

Yes, I alway include a warm up before the actual sets. One thing that you don't see mentioned as much in the writings going around on 5 x 5 is that Bill Starr had a pretty decent length warm up ritual before he jumped into things, which got longer as he got older.

yeah I've seen it. Smart.

I have my ritual too.

First thing i do is grab two 5 pound plates and basically bend/squat/twist/press/stretch my body in any direction and plane of motion  i can think of while holding them until i break a sweat.

Jump under the bench and it's the bar for a set, then 135 x2, and 175x2 before i even count a "set". It may seem excessive, but fuck that, I'm in my late 40's...and the last thing i want to be is the beat-up old gym warrior, with the torn pec and bicep, fucked up back.... will never look good again, and is just going through the motions...Not this guy..(knock wood)

Couple of hard sets of basics then as much moderate weight volume as you can take, add drugs for more size.

So three sets of dumbell bench for 8-10 then twenty misc sets of hammer or other machines. Not brain surgery

Wait a minute...you have no abs, quads, hams, glutes, calves. Always posing with 5/6 of your body covered. That's not bodybuilding.

Gimmick? You are the one with multiple screen names. And yes I am "sure about that". I was kind enough not to mention your lack of lats, traps, neck, forearms and erector spinae as well. "Bar muscles" don't make it in real bodybuilding. Biceps and synthol delts might look swell at your local 7-11, but if you want to take on the big boys you better be ready to be embarrassed.

How about instead of you changing the subject about your lack of quads, hams, calves, lower back, lats, traps, neck and forearms, you take this dialog to it's conclusion, then we can discuss my photos or anything else. Are you afraid to stay on the topic of your 80% incomplete "physique"?

The real conclusion would be you actually entering a bodybuilding contest and finding out real quick your bicep/oiled delt combo isn't going to pass muster on a bodybuilding stage.
