I stand by what I typed. also you have prepped before so know your body- he hasn't- so doesn't.

everyone on first prep loses shitloads of lean tissue. he has less to lose than you did at 245
good points, the first time is always full of bumps on the road. Lets say everything is in his favour. How much fat more then my off season pic does he have?

Also keep in mind he may look like he lacks muscle in certain areas because of the body fat covering.

This question is also for Van B, how much fat would he have to lose to be at the same % as my pic?

Jeffley no it won't, right now I'm carrying 216 lbs of lean muscle tissue, at 270 lbs 20% bf, once I harden up at 265 and have 12% bf I will have 235 lbs of lean muscle tissue, you wanker!

You weigh 270, you are at 20% BF, which is roughly 50lbs.
Drop all the water bloat and it will put you at around 200lbs

You do the maths.

I said from day 1 - 245 is simply not goin to happen barring something we don't know about.

When you do it you have to set goals, you have to think in most positive manner, stil long ways away, right now tweaked shoulder an got a cold, everyday is a battle but I'm gaining leanness and training, in 2 weeks I shed about 8 to 10 lbs of bloat from eating better diet tryin to maintain all my size an begin to try to add muscle and leaner look, can maintain 260 at lower bf I'm on good path, turn that all to muscle with hard trainin lots reps and exercises

if nothing else it will make for interesting reading.

best condition I had was 198 at 5'10. so your dig about me not having size is a mile off- my offseason used to hover at 238-245. so I was a good 40 lbs out. I DO know what I am on about. best of british to you.

but i will say if you can't take the critique don't put the pics up- the stage is a lot less forgiving than getbig.

as I say good luck. I will be reading and watching with interest.

Just focus on getting leaner and leaner - forget the scale.
