When you do it you have to set goals, you have to think in most positive manner, stil long ways away, right now tweaked shoulder an got a cold, everyday is a battle but I'm gaining leanness and training, in 2 weeks I shed about 8 to 10 lbs of bloat from eating better diet tryin to maintain all my size an begin to try to add muscle and leaner look, can maintain 260 at lower bf I'm on good path, turn that all to muscle with hard trainin lots reps and exercises
