In 2 weeks I dropped 10% bodyfat, 7 inches on my waist while keeping my weight at 270, if I could have some take pics of me flexing correctly without shitty angles tryin to hold the phone you would see what I'm talking about right now I'm 270lbs 19% bodyfat

The problem that concerns me is is when you have been fat for too long when you are half way there you tend to think you are further then you really are

Take a fat girls who weighs 250lb, when she gets to 180, she thinks she is king shit and starts going out skimpy and spandex despite have cellulite still but that is what the brain does, when it is so far out it thinks the improvement is good enough

So cswole might have obliques showing and abs and a horse shoe but that is no where near contest condition, he needs to get rid of the scale or he will fail.

No and's, if's, or but's, as long as he keeps stepping on that scale he failed already.

Add to the fact that when you really start getting close to contest phase you start looking MUCH smaller in clothes. Most permabulkers have a very hard time with this and simply revert back to their fat fuck ways to look "big" in clothes again.

exactly. When I was in great shape (175 pounds, after losing 60) people would say: Are you sick? The cancer didnt come back did it? (ive had skin cancer a few times)

It is a punch in the gut. You also start to hate fat people too.
