-Don't get what this photo is supposed to prove. Hate to say it but, you look the same as usual, which isn't unusual because even if you were starving yourself, you couldn't make the changes you're claiming to have already made. For example, no one actually loses 7" off their waist in a day or two unless they were 9 months pregnant and just delivered....even then, it might be difficult what with water retention, extra skin etc. Since you're a guy, this doesn't apply to you anyway. Maybe you just sucked in your belly a little harder or something but the measurements are incorrect anyway.
I wish you success in achieving your goals, I really do. But you gotta start getting real man or you just make yourself look the fool.
Incidentally, my waist is 36" and I weigh 205 on average lately. I stand 5'10" or so. My body fat percentage is probably around 14%. My abs don't show unless I flex them hard because they are under a thin layer of fat. Also, I am not claiming that I am all that, like you are.
