What happens when you start getting lean is it become way more pronounced, my guess is when you get shredded it will appear ten times worse so instead of taking proviron and letrozole and AI's, at this point you are better off just getting the surgery.

yah when i was fatleniko the gyno was placed kinda fortunate and the chest looked somewhat big, but the leaner i got the less doubt there was, towards the end when shredded, the lumps looked like hanging down and forward.

I had a blueberry sized hard lump under both nips about 3 years ago. I ran letro for a little over 2 months at full dose (2.5mgs per day) and by the end of the letro cycle my gyno was completely gone and has never come back. This is just my experience. Felt like absolute shit while on it but I'm telling you guys, it made hard lumps disappear. No bs.
