Seriously bro I did arms today (this was 3rd time this week I train arms) and I just couldn't go heavy, too exhausted mentally and shit so I just did like circuit for arms, really light weights (like 10k-12K, even 8k dumbells) non stop bam bam bam, no rest and when I failed I just did rest pause, 5 second rest bang out another 3-4 reps and keep repeating.
Best fucking arm workout ever.
I am really liking this high rep shit.
Like the muscle totally feels different on gear, just like so much more blood and pump.
