ok so i had a great question about maintenance once you hit your bodyfat goal using the system and some user feedback. i thought i'd post up the question and the answer here cause it'll undoubtedly help others who bought the book.

question:

Hello no one. I wanted to ask you question , it was mentioned in the book couple of times , that maybe when going for 5% it is better to up the dosage, tbut when finally there when switchin for the maintance lower to 3/4 or 1/2 or maybe even galeniko style 250-500mg.
I am on 150 tren ace ED, 50mg prop EOD 100mg mast.EOD.
After last 2weeks in the hole with goal being maximum shredded I finally hit the goal I desired so I was thinking to switching to maintance mode,
but then some mental weakness crisis occured with having this different mindset with maintance mode and I eated 3x days in row like 6000 cals on average. I dont even want to imagine how long it will take to fix it.So I guess I am not cut down for maintance I just keep on doing straight diet with trying to stay in the hole as long as I can.
So question is (after I fix the mess I did) after I get back to 5% and lowerdosage, lets say I will do 250mg tren E/test E/ mast E per week can I expect to shrink in muscle mass? , because thats the common knowledge when lowering, what is your experience with it in this diet?

answer:

bro like i said im on 1/4 the gear it took to accumulate my size and im growing. ive put on 2-2.5 pounds of lean tissue in the past 2 weeks. and ive gotten leaner. its not the compounds per say. all the compounds do is give you a 'look' ie dry/ full/ grainy its the total mg that will decide if you grow or maintain. cals is not a varilable here as the body partitons the protein as needed without having to increase it.

you hit the nail on the head bro- you 'get' it- you've adapted the system to suit your needs- its a great thing to hear you say 'this didnt work for me, so i'll do this' thats what this is about, finding out what works for you and applying it. btw im the same as you, give me an inch i'll take a mile, so what i do is not have more big meals, just increase my cals slightly on my low days and keep my big meals to every 4-5 days still. that way 'mentally' you stay focused on the diet. thats my menthod of maintenance. you and i are both all or nothing guys apparently and need the disciplene to keep us focused.

dont worry about the damage. it'll be negligible if your around 6%. if your heavier yes you might have undid some hard work. but if your 6 or lower you'll see when the water falls off there really wasnt all that much damage.

hope this helps you all- cheers!

thanks for the reviews guys. anyone who bought it I encourage you to post up your experiences here as well if you've been following the system. I know OZ has lost 20 pounds of bf and is adapting the system now for other needs. thats the thing about it- the system isn't rigid. it's highly adaptable as long as you follow some basic tenants.

and bouncer it's not a system designed just for 'getting lean' it also puts good lean tissue on you as we'll remarkably enough. in fact I've put on 2 pounds over the last 2 weeks weighed on my low cal day, and I'm leaner than what I was back then. so it's possibly a 2.5 pound increase in lean. so really, your abs? :) they are pretty bro. just like mine. except I'm 234 @ <6% and you, well are not. let me know when you catch up sunshine, then you can talk :D

nothing like running around saying 'my abs my abs!' until someone who is leaner, 35 pounds heavier than your best pic and better looking squashes you like a bug.

don't worry bro. one day you'll lose your baby fat and want up put on some real muscle. look me up, I'll be happy to help you out.

:D. have a great day everyone!

Indeed. As i said to you in another topic, I have lost 20 pounds of body fat in last 6 weeks on a diet consisting of 1300-1500 calories a day. All I ate was fish, chicken, some lean beef, veggies, nuts and peanut butter (2 tea spoons a day), had a plenty of water and 3-4 cups of coffee a day. My gym sessions were 6 days on and 1 day off. Worth to mention, I have never felt tired in first 6 weeks, had a plenty of energy.
Right now I feel like I hit a plateau which was expected (and quite honest I expected this to happen much earlier, considering I an 46) and will do some readjustments (include some carbs every fourth day and have a break from the gym on that day. And after few weeks get back to original program) in order to keep going until I reach my goal 7-8% of body fat. I am also well aware that without 'extra supplements' results will be harder to achieve but my goal is to keep it natural. Being natural, I am well aware that I will not look like Bouncer (would not change with him anyway as I am much more handsome than he is) but I am  pleased where I am going with my physic. I am now seeing veins popping out even on my shoulders and imo that is motivation at its best.
Someone might say there is nothing new in what you guys were talking about in your textbook but for me reading that topic and book afterwards was exactly what I needed, a good kick in the ass that gave me a drive to challenge myself and do something to go under 10%. And for that, I thank you.

Great read. Even if someone considers this information bs (hey, it's free country, they can believe what they want) it's good read overall. It's kind of a relief in era of either bodybuilders selling snakeoil or guys preaching ludicrous doses who look like happyfeet or other skinnyfat twinks from gh15.

The book is badass.. anyone who says otherwise is probably a total fatass and doesn't want to get sliced and shredded.  If you don't want deep etched abs and 5% bodyfat and girls all over you then don't buy it.
