then once you get there there's the challenge in maintaining it. the whole process can be a highly rewarding journey that lasts a lifetime.

I've never posted one pic of myself on any bodybuilding forum. I've posted some of myself in the lab on a chemistry forum.....and I could care less if everyone has those.

Some dumb moderator twat from Siouxcountry accessed what I thought was a private email addy (one I gave when I signed up).....went to my facebook......went to my friends facebook and got the pics from her page. She thought the whole thing was "inspirational" so she went and fucking posted me sick compared to me in my third of fourth comp.

I'm not one to post pics....I just don't really care. I have great contest pics with a great physique that I could show off as well.

I've sure had some super sleuths try and track me down however.

The only reason everybody knows my real name is Dot because once again, some super sleuth from here did some serious digging by searching for the university I attended, and tracked me down.

When someone does access something personal about me I won't lie about it...I'll admit it. If you guys ever get my home addy or more pics I'll tell the truth if they are me or not. It's strange how people dig and dig for that shit though.

I'll walk around at 5-7% for the rest of my life. I know this. I'm old enough to know that what I do is for myself. so having my fat pic 'out there' is no problem. if someone wants to post it up, feel free. then we can post up our live in the now pics and we can see what's up. cause nobody who lives in the now groink and gal are great examples of guys who do. xfactor too. all in great shape all year. for themselves. can you see then giving a fuck enough to post up someone's fat pics? lol hardly. they are good enough to go day to day w anyone on this board. that's the differece between some clown using a fat pic to grind on you- if they truly are better they wouldn't need it.

I made it a point to bark louder when in a feud but really I am nothing more then a teddy bear with a big mouth, lol  

Now there are feuds here that go way back, so hard to make sense of it all but at the end of the day it is only entertainment for the crowd.

There in no more then 1 thread here but I had an argument with bikinislut and her side of the argument was that I should post a before pic and I told her no way because a bad pic would just circulate the net and have serious repercussions, she did not agree, so I cleverly    changed the title to her posting an off season pics since she said she didn't care, lmao.  All in good fun.

Yet I am 100% with Groink here. Just get lean enough to have abs, stay as big as your genetics allow you on minimum amount of drugs and enjoy the lifestyle. I wouldn't want bodybuilding to impair my everyday life and work. He is 50 and too old, I am 23 and too young, I have fucking career to make.

..theonly time i have ever been high 230's 240 pounds was when I REALLY pushed it, and used insulin. I dont use insulin anymore..too much of a hasstle for me with my work schedule.  yeah Im not as big and my muscles dont have the same "prop" but my waiste is like a ballerina, and I dont have to be a slve to the clock.  You find a point where you can maintain X without taking a rediculous amount of shi at some point those 5-10 extra pounds of lean muscle are just not worth the sacrifice (lack of social life etc). And every pound more from there, holy hell.....I mean your not getting paid for it so dont be fucking stupid.

Exactly, I say I am fat and love handles and I do but someone like you can tell how much muscle I have and how much of that fat is actually water, I mean I am on a gram of test per week, obviously lots of water but the average person would be like ''dude get to the gym'' like idiots. This is why you can not put an off season pic, not necessarily because you are fat but because you will be mis-judged.
