You told me those poundages were done at your highest bodyweights, you were not on a low carb diet then.
No but I am talking work out set and reps, not strength in terms of size. Keep in mind That at bigger body weight, I lift more due to joints and and water cushioning the joints
What I am talking about is take a 220 lb version of me full of carbs and take a 220lb version of me without any carbs, the version of me without carbs will yield my best numbers.
For example I did 15 sets of 4 plates per side for 10 reps on the deadlift, in exactly 1 hour, those are my all time best lifts and they were done on no carbs, now when I did 7 plates per side on deadlift, of course that was done at 250 lb eating like a pig.
