When I get into single-digit bodyfat levels, my body starts sending all sorts of nasty signals. Thyroid starts going south. I get cold hands and cold feet. I'm a natural, so I wish I knew how to get to around the 5% level without experiencing nasty side effects of fast fat loss.
i get those cold hands and feet...The less body-fat the worse it gets...The thing i hate the most is the pain i get in my pelvic and hips, without a bit of fat being there..Seems like i need to go to the bathroom anytime anything hits my pelvis/bladder...or whatever it's called...it's called
mons pubis women? Not sure what that region is called in males..However, i used to work as a cook when i was young in collage part part..Anytime that area would hit anything, i needed to go to the bathroom...I ended up just putting a towel there for protection
I get ripped around the hips super fast..I can still be have fat around my abs..However, my hips will be striped of fat..
