We had a thread on 225 so how many reps can you do 315 for?

how many can you do now and how many can you do at your all time strongest

My all time strongest 24 reps

My strength today 17 reps.

best i every did was 1x135kg with a pause when i was hardcoreeeee natural delusional

That`s 20lb away, hit the tren and anadrol combo and you will blow 315 out of the water like butter.

well i'm now apparently stuck at sets of about 8-10 reps with 100kg ("quality reps" of course)

but seated front "military" press is progressing decent, now at 8 reps with 70kg and climbing steadily


dht is a factor in neuro muscular efficiency? but i take finasteride

dunno if this is relevant

over head pressing strength is really good now compared to natural days, those days all time fucking best was like 3-5x70kg, not sure if it was 3 or 5 reps (probably 3......)

at what bodyweight did you do this?
85kg stuffed with chicken broccli (miss 1 meal and lose 2 kilo type fighting the scale weight sort of bloated fairly lean) at probably about 180cm estimated height

305 for 5 and on the last rep felt a "pop" in my chest which hasn't allowed me to train chest for the past couple months. It's starting to feel alot better here recently though.

300lbs for 1 @ 175lbs BW was my best but confident I can get there by the end of the year.

No excuses, never been a strong presser.

Squat and Dead are a bit better for me.

did it build triceps that actually look like triceps unpumped, relaxec from the back in a t shirt?


jay cutler's triceps always looked awesome in this relaxed t shirt walking from the back

thick solid tight veiny..........

To do be honest my bench sky rocketed when I started to do close grip bench press for triceps.

0

never been good at high reps, I can barely do more with 275 or 225 than I could with 315

Last time I tried, 6 close grip with a pause.. been slacking on bench since I got a minor pec tear at xmas :(

I dont use a bar but used to do around 8-10 reps with 150lb dumbells a long, long time ago.
Only use 60s or 70s nowadays.  ;)

I'm really not completely sure. I think I have my form down pretty tight; I've read a good deal on that much but I think I just had my right elbow flared out a bit too much and it put too much stress on my right upper pec. I generally use a narrower grip and incorporate more shoulder and tricep so perhaps on that set I exposed a weak point in my chest?

I didn't have a spotter but I felt confident enough to bring it down for that last rep. For a split second I was a little scared that I wouldn't be able to get the weight back up but I managed with a slight bit of pain.

For the next couple weeks any sort of utilization of that right pec was uncomfortable when opening a heavy door or pushing something around but it just gradually got better so I doubt it was anything really significant.

how much did you weigh then?

i got 8-10 with 110 on a slight incline when i weigh bout a buck 65 or so
