the target is 8%.. i go slowly but surely

.. not easy to go leaner naturally while keeping most of your strength.. unlike in the past i eat good amount of carbohydrates now in order to keep my energy good.. in the past i was consuming very small amount of carbs to be lean but was not doing any cardio as i do now..
so the equation is either to keep your carbs to the minimum without the need of doing cardio or to eat good amounts of carbs and do cardio.. the 2nd option takes longer time to achieve the goal but gives better results as it doesn't make you noticeably weaker as when you go on very small amounts of carbs..
