Haha, I had my BF measured using that silly machine where you put weight, height and hold it during some silly event in shopping mall. I had 18% and mind you, that was when I was in shape (like in avi, 10%-ish). I asked girl that was doing the tests if one has visible abs and veins on quads with 18% bf and she replied, blushing, "it's good bodyfat, its within normal range". I was like - "oh brother".
