i think all the more prominent members preached progressive overload on the boards from day one, there poundage must be amazing right now, i remembet Time Wascocks and True Adonis preaching such brilliant methods  Roll Eyes

I think it's a good idea to always try to get stronger. 

Obviously this will not happen week to week in a linear fashion though.
