I personally dont think you need a guru....everyone is a guru nowadays. I guess if i had to pick one i would pick one that has a good track record and has been around for awhile like chris aceto.

What ever happened to that one guru that i believe was from england. He kinda looked like jason statham I remember hearing alot about him a couple of years ago ....havent heard much of him anymore.

I see all of these pseudo nutrition guru's on here giving advice with zero contest prep experience. The last week and days and the day of a show is where the real knowledge comes in.
